- Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

- All activity carried out from your account will be treated as your own activity.
- Allowing another person to use your account or transferring it to them is strictly prohibited.

odd96 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Until this verification process is completed, odd96 reserves the right to temporarily suspend deposit, withdrawal or betting privileges.

The odd96 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration, account management or any financial transactions by minors are strictly prohibited. By registering you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
odd96 may request proof of age documents at any time. If it is established that a user is underage, their account will be closed immediately and all associated balances will be forfeited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The following methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on the odd96 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
- Once a deposit is complete it will be credited to your account promptly.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
- If funds are deposited from a fraudulent or illegal source, odd96 reserves the right to cancel the deposit and suspend the associated account.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- The withdrawal process generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.
- Identity verification on the account must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
- The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing funds received from bonuses.
- odd96 reserves the right to temporarily pause the withdrawal process in cases of suspicious transactions.
- The payment method used for deposits and the method used for withdrawals must be the same.

Bonuses, Promotions and Game Rules

odd96 offers its members various types of bonuses and promotions. It is mandatory to fully read and understand the relevant terms before accepting any bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
- A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.
- To withdraw funds from this bonus, the total bonus and deposit amount must be wagered 25 times (25x).
- The welcome bonus applies only once per new account.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- odd96 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Using bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is proven, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be cancelled.
- Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or categories.
- The time limit for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in the details of each bonus.
5.3 VIP Program
The odd96 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate at each tier is 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8% and 1.0% respectively. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your regular activity and participation on the platform.
Game Rules and Fair Play Policy
All games on odd96 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We are committed to ensuring fair play.
- Any manipulation or fraud relating to game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to play is prohibited.
- Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's system to gain an advantage is prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
- odd96 reserves the right to reclaim any reward or bonus mistakenly granted due to a technical error.
- In any dispute over game outcomes, odd96's system logs will be treated as the definitive reference.
- Attempting to gain an advantage by placing opposing bets on the same game (arbitrage) is prohibited.
